Help Shape a New Brain Function and Wellbeing App

Share your feedback by Monday 6 July
Researchers from Monash University and Alfred Health are inviting people living with neurological conditions to help shape the development of a new Brain Function and Wellbeing App.
The smartphone app is being designed to help people track symptoms, thinking, memory, wellbeing and quality of life over time. It will also provide users with a summary of their results and identify points they may wish to discuss with their healthcare team during appointments.
The research team is seeking feedback from people with lived experience of neurological conditions to better understand what information is most valuable to track and whether people would find this type of tool useful.
The survey takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete, and responses will directly influence how the app is designed.
With participants' permission, survey results (excluding app registration details) may also be linked to neurological disease registries such as MSBase and MGBase to help improve future care and research.
Survey Closing Date
Responses close Monday 6 July.
If you would like to contribute to the development of this important research project, please complete the survey before the closing date.
